We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel! We enjoyed the room, and the common areas were excellent. The laundry room was very convenient! There were two stores very close to the hotel.

Fresh, modern and clean, smart hotel. It is exactly what it promises. Best choice for a biz trip or for a short leisure trip. Everything is well thought and convenient. Very positively surprised.

The staff were very smiley and incredibly helpful. The hotel has great facilities, lots of places to chill and the bed was very comfortable. I like the Hotel brand so much that I booked to stay 3 nights in their Hanoi Hotel.

Extremely welcoming, very comfortable, off road sheltered parking, fantastic facilities washing machines dryers, fitness centre with aircon. Very nice food

A convenient, modern hotel. Front desk staff speaks good English and helped out with the luggage. Breakfast buffet was amazingly good with a wide selection of fruits
